What to Expect
High Intensity
Get that heart rate moving and blood pumping as you train to get better
Strength Building
Tone not only your skills but your body as you train to get better overall and unlock that beast.
Active Recovery
Train hard like a true boxer until the bell rings then recover with a low intenstiy workout until the next segment comes.
Boxing
Boxing isn't easy, but you've made the choice to do it. This already says a lot about you, you are destined for success. Boxing is both a mental and physical workout so be prepared for what's ahead. Boxing requires a lot of endurance so our workouts will be consisted of a lot of running and jump rope. It will also include shadow boxing, heavy bag work and sparring. The workouts will consist but not be limited to these things.
Kick Boxing
Consisting of various kicks, punches and stances, kickboxing is another form of combat we train here at Nolan's Boxing Club. All of our trainers are certified and have a lot of experience in kickboxing.
MMA
The structure of our 60-minute MMA class is similar to our Boxing and Kickboxing classes: warm-up drills, shadowboxing, HIIT exercises, three-minute rounds on the heavy bag and strength training. Get ready to put on some MMA gloves and experiment with various movement patterns during this intense strength and conditioning session.
